It is a pleasure and a privilege working for TB SPORT! They look after you and always have time to listen to what you have to say! They encourage you to have an in put in to what the company do well and any changes or tweaks needed! Working for TB SPORT is great, I have really enjoyed my time here since day 1. I have been well looked after throughout and Tom & Kira are always there to help when needed. There is a great home life balance and rarely have to take any work load home, I am given the time I need to complete various CPD, qualification, and planning before my delivery starts. TB SPORT are always looking to up skill their coaches with various CPD opportunities as I feel an all round better coach for it. The team at TB SPORT are brilliant and always interact well with each other and there is a really strong cohesion within it. There are some great benefits working for TB SPORT such as; Nike uniform, bonus various bonus schemes and a high level of progression.

I have been with TB SPORT over a year now and have loved every minute of it. The staff are friendly and very knowledgable and we work in some fantastic schools. The management are really helpful and try and support you the best they can. In term time we work in set schools and then in the holidays we do clubs or run HAF programs. From working in a school to doing admin in the off time, the balance is very manageable.
