In order to continue to provide a safe, fun and inclusive space for children to grow physically, mentally and socially, we’ve made the difficult decision to increase our pricing at some of our Wraparound session types.

Providing a safe, fun and inclusive space for children and young people is the purpose that keeps us going, but like many others, individuals and businesses alike, we have felt the financial pressures of the latest Autumn Budget.

Effective from 1st June 2026, we have had to make the decision of increasing our wraparound provision. This decision comes after careful consideration of the rising operational costs faced by the business and is necessary to continue delivering the high-quality service families and children have come to expect from us.

What’s changing? 

Wraparound Session Pricing

• After School Clubs (sites that close at 5.30pm) – £9.00
  (£7.20* when signed up to Tax Free Childcare)
  
• After School Clubs (sites that close at 6pm) – £10.50
   (£8.40** when signed up to Tax Free Childcare)*if taking advantage of the TFC savings at a setting that closes at 5.30pm the increase because just £1 per child
  ** if taking advantage of the TFC savings at a setting that closes at 6pm the increase because just £1.04 per child

What’s staying the same?  

We fully appreciate that this news may not be the most welcome however have made every effort to continue to provide a high quality service at a cost effect rate. Therefore this year in addition to price increases we are also offering a price freeze on the following services

• Breakfast club – £6.75 – price freeze 🥶🙌
  (£5.40 when signed up to Tax Free Childcare)
• Holiday club: Monday to Thursday – £26.50 – price freeze 🥶🙌
  (£21.20 when signed up to Tax Free Childcare)
• Holiday club: Friday – £23.99 – price freeze 🥶🙌
  (£19.19 when signed up to Tax Free Childcare)

We understand that any price increase can be a challenge, which is why we want to ensure you’re aware of support available to help you keep prices down.

You can continue to use childcare vouchers and the government’s tax-free childcare scheme for wraparound bookings which reduces the cost by 20% on each session.

Secure 2025 pricing for 2026 bookings:

Summer Term 2 (after the price increase) is available on our booking system, so you can secure your children’s place(s) at the current 2025 prices if you book and pay before the increase comes into effect in June.

Important scheduling note:

Our booking site for wraparound bookings will be closed from 6pm on May 31st for the price changeover and will reopen at 8am on June 1st.
